Data We Collect

Account Data

• Guest accounts require an anonymous user ID only
• Registered accounts collect nickname, email, and encrypted password
• Social login adds name, email, and profile picture

Gameplay Data

Game history, match results, skill rating, karma, streaks, milestones, quest progress, friend list, and customization preferences.

Device & Technical Data

Device type, OS version, app version, IP address, crash reports, and performance logs.

Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and device information. Personalized ads require consent; non-personalized ads display without it.

Analytics Data

Firebase Analytics may collect anonymized usage data that cannot identify individuals personally.

• Providing and maintaining the app and accounts
• Enabling multiplayer gameplay and social features
• Tracking statistics and progression
• Displaying advertisements per consent preferences
• Analyzing usage and improving experience
• Sending opted-in push notifications

Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing relies on contract fulfillment, user consent for personalized ads and analytics, and legitimate interests in security and app improvement.

• Cloudflare (infrastructure)

Data Retention

Guest accounts are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Registered accounts remain until user requests deletion. You can request deletion at support@jiskragames.com.

You may access, correct, erase, restrict processing of, port, or object to your data, as well as withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

Industry-standard protections include encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and encrypted passwords.

Changes to This Policy

Updates may occur; significant changes are communicated through the app.
